“…Based on them there were calculated by iterations the rate of evolved heat of cure reaction W(t), the full heat of cure reaction Q f and TPP during curing С(T,β) and λ(T,β) depending on temperature T and degree of cure β, the corresponding factor content of the resin in the prepreg γ. The overall heat evolved in the reaction was determined as the average value of reaction heats calculated from each experiment [6,17].…”

“…For this reason, a specially designed computermeasuring system (CMS) has been used to study the parameters of the mathematical model of the polymer composites cure process [17]. CMS consists of the subsystems made for the research and calculation of optimal cure cycles (CAD).…”

“…At the end of the experiment is performed calculations researched characteristics. As a method of determining the thermophysical characteristics of C(T, ,γ), λ(T, ,γ) used the method of integral characteristics (Dmitriev et al, 2010). Kinetic characteristics of E( ) and ϕ( ) that are part of the equation of kinetics are determined by the rate of evolved heat of cure reaction W(t), measured in the curing of two or more samples heated at different temperature-time modes T av (t).…”

“…Thermophysical, kinetic, rheological and dielectric characteristics of composites obtained in the experiment will be automatically recorded in the database of CMS. The dielectric characteristics ε(t) and tanδ(t) is then used to calculate the correlation dependence or the function of relationship Ψ(β) between the calorimetric and dielectric degree of cure, which is necessary for control of the manufacturing product process of composites in real time by controlling the degree of cure as well as to determine when to activate the pressure and completion of curing process (Dmitriev et al, 2010). The obtained parameters of the mathematical models are the basis for computer simulations of different situations in the curing process and calculate the optimal curing cycles of composite products of any thickness.…”
