Computers, carbohydrates and cola: Designing an online lab experience for undergraduate health sciences and non‐majors in a pandemic paradigm

Abstract: Colleges and educational institutions throughout the globe have adapted a pseudo-online educational model. This is also evident in health sciences courses designed for biochemical and chemical education.
