Abstract:An entanglement concentration protocol in photonic collective-rotating decoherence-free subspace (CRDFS) is proposed. To accomplish the scheme, two methods to construct parity measurement devices in CRDFS are presented by exploiting the cross-Kerr nonlinearity, through which partially entangled states are converted to maximally entangled states. The performance of the protocol can be improved by iteration method. Fidelity in consideration of dissipation is discussed, which demonstrates good robustness. In cont… Show more

scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
