Concepts and Framework

Abstract: The virtual organization is not (yet) the dominant organizational form. It is argued that part of achieving a greater acceptance can be seen in the development and use of electronic services. To elaborate their correlation with virtual organizations, their nature and benefits as well as their categorization in a framework is the objective of this contribution. It concludes with an outlook for further research on eServices.
