Conceptual Framework for Finding Approximations to Minimum Weight Triangulation and Traveling Salesman Problem of Planar Point Sets

Abstract: We introduce a novel Conceptual Framework for finding approximations to both Minimum Weight Triangulation (MWT) and optimal Traveling Salesman Problem (TSP) of planar point sets.
