Conceptual Questions of the Validity of the Application of Various Massage Techniquesin Obesity (Review)

Abstract

The article discusses the validity of the use of various therapeutic massage techniques for the correction of overweight in obesity. Due to the fact that there are no clear recommendations in the available literature on the dosage and local effects of individual massage techniques in accordance with the clinical manifestations of obesity and the presence of concomitant diseases, the authors point to the need for further scientific developments in this direction.
