Abstract

This chapter summarizes the gaps and merits of this book and identifies research gaps as well as trends and challenges in research using standardized content analysis. In addition, this chapter introduces the Database of Variables for Content Analysis (DOCA), an open-access resource that contains the analytical variables discussed in this book.
