Concurrent facial nerve palsy and uvula deviation after paediatric dental rehabilitation–A case report

Abstract: Introduction Facial nerve palsy is a rare, but known complication resulting from local anaesthesia (LA) infiltration during dental surgery. Its incidence is reported to be 1–1.1%, with short or long-term effects. Case Report A 6 years old well child underwent elective dental rehabilitation under general anaesthesia.
