Abstract:Medullary thyroid carcinoma (MTC) is a rare malignancy that originates from the parafollicular cells of the thyroid gland. Hashimoto’s thyroiditis (HT) is an autoimmune thyroid disease and is the most common cause of hypothyroidism.
