Concurrent strangulated obturator hernia and femoral hernia repair via TAPP approach: A case report

Abstract: An obturator hernia is a rare pelvic hernia with high mortality. Early diagnosis and treatment are essential to reduce postoperative complications. The treatment of choice for obturator hernias is surgery. In an emergency, laparotomy to resolve herniated viscera and complications is often the choice.
