Conditions facilitating knowledge exchange between rehabilitation and research teams—A study.

Abstract: This paper describes an experience in the exchange of information between researchers and practitioners, where conditions favorable to knowledge exchange were systematically documented. Conditions related to the organization proved to be the most determining, as did the quality and intensity of communication between the actors.
