Abstract:Recently, pre-excitation syndromes, left bundle branch block (LBBB), and right ventricular pacing have been recognized as causes of cardiomyopathies (CMs). They all have abnormal ventricular activation, that results in what is known as left ventricular (LV) dyssynchrony.
