Conductivity studies of graphene oxide on biopolymer electrolyte

Abstract: In this research, biopolymer electrolyte has been prepared by doping cornstarch with sodium iodide (NaI) using solution casting method. The incorporation of 25% NaI resulted in maximum conductivity of the electrolyte at 1.46 x 10 -4 S cm -1 . The enhancement of the electrical conductivity to 2.61 x 10 -3 S cm -1 was achieved with further addition of graphene oxide (GO).
