Confirmation of peripheral neuropathy in patients withvenous ulceration through immunohistochemistry

Abstract: Patients with venous ulceration demonstrate clinical signs of peripheral neuropathy. Using immunohistochemistry we investigated cutaneous innervations immediately adjacent to chronic and healing venous ulcers.
