Abstract-The prior research indicated there were significant relationship between customer involvement, brand equity, and customer loyalty. The purpose for the study was to find out how customer involvement mediates the relationship between brand equity and customer loyalty. The participants for this research were selected as the consumers having the shopping experience for smart phone in Taiwan, resulting in 182 individual surveys for this research. The results supported hypothesis and revealed brand equity and customer involvement had significant and positive relationship with customer loyalty, while customer involvement has partial indirect effect on customer loyalty in path analysis. Finally, this research generated the suggestions for business strategies and suggested future scholar studies. [7] defined customer loyalty was the customer's attitude for re-purchasing intentions for buying same products. Jones and Sasser [8] recognized the customer involvement was a significant factor to influence customer behavior and argued the different level of customer involvement will affect customer purchasing behavior. Knox and Walker [9] indicated customer involvement will affect the final decision during purchasing procedure and the higherinvolved customer will behave higher loyalty. And this behavioral intention will help to maintain the business relationship between customers and companies. KeywordsHu [10] and Hu [11] conducted a research and supported the concept that customer involvement, brand equity, and perceived risk, had significant and positive relationship with customer loyalty. Based on the research by Olsen [12], the customer involvement has acted a complete mediator role between customer satisfaction and repurchase loyalty. Knox and Walker [9]claimed customer involvement played an important role when maintain loyalty relationship with customer. Previous studies have suggested there were significant and positive relationship between customer loyalty, brand equity, and customer involvement. This research expanded these theories and ground studies, conducted more detailed analysis, and intended to examine the indirect effect of customer involvement for the relationship between brand equity and customer loyalty. II. RESEARCH HYPOTHESESThis study tried to investigate: (a) to examine the indirect effect of customer Involvement for the relationship between brand equity and customer loyalty.(b) to create the suggestions for business application for electrical consumer products, and (c) to find out areas for future scholarly inquiry. Abstract. This study treats the members in nonprofit organizations (NPOs) as subjects, and explores the origination, planning, control, and completion of project management in NPOs, as well as the general performance of organizational efficacy, such as environmental satisfaction, organizational atmosphere, operational performance, job engagement, and work quality. It also probes into the relationship and effect. By various research methods, such as literature review and questionnaire survey, this study attempts to determine if project management in NPOs can significantly enhance organizational efficacy. This study finds that different NPOs have significant differences in the general performance of project management and organizational efficacy. When the performance of project management in NPOs is more significant, organizational efficacy is higher. Project management in NPOs has a significant path relationship to organizational efficacy; therefore, reinforcement of vocational training in the project management of NPOs could improve performance, which would have significant effect on enhancing organizational efficacy.

Traditionally, sun, sea, and sand are the major reasons why tourists travel, however, in postmodern tourism, tourism products are no longer restricted by these types of natural resources. In order to extend the tourism life cycle and to attract more inbound tourists from overseas, more and more niche markets are developing. One such market that has been highlighted recently is food tourism. Over the past two decades, food tourism is emerging as an area of practical interest for both the host country and tourists as food is an inevitable experience at the travel destination.Food, unlike other natural resources can be provided year-round by utilizing local ingredients.For destination managers there is a need to develop a sense of regional distinctiveness and to maintain the local cultural traditions of their regions. For tourists, food provides the tourists with a novel experience and the chance to become more deeply involved in the local culture and traditions.Accordingly, because of the benefits of food tourism, it has also created interest among scholars to investigate in greater depth. However, even though the study of tourism is increasing, research issues and topics are still somewhat limited. At this stage, there is still a lack of research regarding the tourist's traditional food consumption behaviour. In redressing this omission, this study examines consumer choice behaviour of traditional Taiwanese foods. The specific objectives of this study are to: firstly, explore the food choice behaviour in relation to traditional food; secondly, to examine the impact of personality traits on tourists' traditional food choice behaviour. After a review of the literature, the theory of planned behaviour (TPB) was selected to help explain tourists' traditional food buying behaviour. This theory of TPB was used as it explained human's behaviour from the perspective of the attitude-behaviour relationship and allows the researcher to conduct empirically based research. Furthermore, personality traits have been regarded as an important factor that influences people's food choice behaviour. Therefore, in order to examine the influence of food tourism, two personality traits, food neophobia and sensation-seeking have been examined in this study.A quantitative research study design was adopted which was based on the postpostivism paradigm. A pilot survey was conducted in Australia involving 149 respondents to confirm the iii validity and reliability of the six scales used in the pilot study. As a result, the final questionnaire consisted of a total of 44 items in six different scales and two open-ended questions. The final survey was conducted using face-to-face interviews in Taiwan, with Caucasian tourists using a convenience sampling design. This resulted in 389 completed questionnaires.
