Conformational analysis and QSAR modeling of 14-membered macrolide analogues against mycobacterium tuberculosis

Abstract: Electronic structures, effect of the substitution and structure physical-chemistry properties relationship for macrolide derivatives, have been studied by PM3 and ab initio methods.
