Abstract:Calcineurin B homologous protein 3 (CHP3) is an EF-hand Ca2+-binding protein involved in regulation of cancerogenesis, cardiac hypertrophy and neuronal development via interactions with sodium/proton exchangers (NHEs) and signalling proteins.
