Confounder for Optic Disc Evaluation in Glaucoma

Abstract: Congenital disc anomalies like optic disc coloboma or optic disc pit are rare occurrences. Coloboma involving disc or optic disc coloboma occurs due to defective closure of choroidal fissure, which can be unilateral or bilateral.
