Congenital choledochal malformations in children: management strategies

Abstract: Background: A Congenital Choledochal Malformations (CCM) is common congenital defect of biliary tree in Asian subcontinent. Presentations of CCM are vague from asymptomatic to life threatening cholangitis or pancreatitis.
