Congenital cytomegalovirus infection with multiorgan involvement and coarctation of aorta with aortic thrombi and corpus callosal agenesis: A causal association?

Abstract: Congenital human cytomegalovirus (HCMV) infection is a well-known entity. There are infrequent reports of HCMV infection causing endothelial damage leading to aortic thrombi and coarctation of aorta.
