Abstract:Background: Acute gastric volvulus associated with congenital diaphragmatic hernia is an uncommon disorder in infancy and a surgical emergency. Methods: We present a six-month female baby who presented with clinical features of intestinal obstruction. Ultrasonography of the abdomen revealed gastric volvulus.
