Congenital fiber-type disproportion in an ambulatory rehabilitation setting

Abstract: Congenital fiber-type disproportion is a rare condition, histologically characterized by a relative type 1 fiber hypotrophy. The main clinical feature is mild-to-severe muscle weakness.
