Congenital giant hydronephrosis: A rare cause for upper abdominal mass in the newborn

Abstract: We report a rare case of antenatally detected unilateral pelvi–ureteric junction obstruction leading to congenital giant hydronephrosis presenting as upper abdominal mass at birth.
