Abstract:Congenital granular cell tumor is an uncommon benign oral lesion of uncertain histogenesis that affects the alveolar ridge region of newborns. The present study aims to report an unusual congenital granular cell tumor case, emphasizing clinical, morphological, and immunohistochemical aspects.
