Congenital horner's syndrome associated with unilateral agenesis of the internal carotid artery and unusual aortic arch anomaly

Abstract: Unilateral congenital agenesis of the internal carotid artery (ICA) is a very rare vascular anomaly. Rarely, congenital Horner's syndrome has been associated with agenesis of the ICA. This article describes a rare case of congenital Horner's syndrome in a patient with ICA agenesis and very unusual aortic arch anomaly.
