Congenital Internal Jugular Phlebectasia: An Anomaly Still Poorly Recognized

Abstract: Congenital internal jugular phlebectasia (CIJP) is a rare condition characterized by congenital dilatation of the vein without tortuosity, that becomes more evident under straining as a lateral neck mass.
