Congenital pulmonary airway malformation (CPAM) presenting as spontaneous pneumothorax in young boy

Abstract: Congenital pulmonary airway malformation (CPAM) is most common congenital lung anomaly of lower respiratory tract accounting for approximately 25% of all congenital pulmonary malformations.
