Congenital pyriform sinus fistula presenting as a neck abscess in a newborn

Abstract: Rationale: Congenital pyriform sinus fistula (CPSF) is a branchial abnormality originating from the third or fourth branchial pouch and is an important cause of anterior cervical abscess in children.
