Congenital Vomer Defect Incidentally Detected on Preoperative Evaluation for Nasal Septoplasty and Turbinoplasty

Abstract: A perforation in posterioinferior portion of nasal septum is rare and caused by vomeral defect. We report a case of 56-year-old man who had a vomer defect, which was detected incidentally during preoperative evaluation of nasal septoplasty and turbinoplasty.
