The mathematical research b i s for a Military Smegic Defense gateway protocol, the Universal Interface Software(UIS) Protocol is canposed of the following four algorithms: (1) the paccntage of network or subnetwork link load optimized for a percentage of congestion, minimizing the delay regardla of the network or subnetwork size, (2) the optimal number of subnetworks for the percentage of load, (3) a contention resolution algorithm optimized for the availability of links in a contention software with respect to the system load for networks and subnetworks, and (4) the computational storage and time optimization of the computer networking power, i.e.. UuoughpuVdelay ratio. The four types of computer networking software theory in the UIS protocol are organized for optimal Ada coding within a Geometric Protocol Structure. to support each other in a real-time system. The UIS software theory will enforce the efficient, congestion free -fer of databases for optimal transmission of worse case threat data. The UIS Protocol contains a theoretical basis for determining the congestion controlled network operating point in the load, with a routing availability threshold. The performance evaluation is theoretically based on the extended time PewiNet Model for a consistent general system prediction and verification analysis enabling the inclusion of: (1) the dynamic behavior of a network iJlusbted by the execution of network processes and, (2) the real-time asynchronous, concurrent network behavior determined by the effectiveness of the synchronization between the processing computer nodes and gateway nodes. The four UIS parametric protocol algorithm processes are theoretically equated to the four Petri Net Model perfonnance specifications to enable the transparent overlay of the UIS Protocol on the SPF Algorithm Protocol performance evaluation data for ARPANET and MILNET Gateway and IMP data
I.The performance evaluation of a computer networking protocol is the simulation of the software theory on a relevant topological network size. The theoretical and computational perfcmance evaluation of computer and neural networking protocols on network data is required for the specification of the software protocol comctness[l1. optimalityI2127.321 and cost [32]. The theoretical importance of Petri Net models for computer system processes has been illustrated by Kulagin[lO], Zinov'ev and Strekalev1391, and Nmik and LOh[321 as a language for defining the operation of computer system software process structures. The UIS Protocol requires the geometrically structured process stack organization of its software theory to enforce the optimal congestion controlled storage and time critical complexity response mandatory for Ada object oriented programming language implementation in high speed communication networks l i e the SDI System. The UIS Protocol software theory1211 is theoretically performance evaluated against ARPANET and MILNET data by equivalencing its four protocol theory sections to the four extended time Petri Net Model performanc...
