“…Scott and Paterson (1966) described monozygous anencephalic triplets and bilateral dermoid cysts were found in all 3 babies in a case reported by Feld et al (1966). Conjoined twins in triplet pregnancy is extremely rare and only 9 cases including the one described in this series (Case 5) have been reported in the literature (Ilberg, 1939;McNeil et aI., 1941;Messinger and Shryock, 1943;Foster, 1948;Mazumdar, 1956;Franklin et al, 1958;Pepper and Lindsay, 1958;Ganzau and Stein, 1963;Tan et al, 1971).
