Connected Variations of Meteorological and Electrical Quantities of Surface Atmosphere under the Influence of Heavy Rain

Abstract: The electrical state of the surface atmosphere changes significantly under the influence of cloudiness and atmospheric phenomena, including atmospheric precipitation.
