Abstract: GSK-3β, IKK-β, and ROCK-1 kinases are implicated in the pathomechanism of Alzheimer’s disease due to their involvement in the misfolding and accumulation of amyloid β (Aβ) and tau proteins, as well as inflammatory processes.
