Connecting with healthcare providers at diagnosis: adolescent/young adult cancer survivors’ perspectives

Abstract: Adolescents and young adults (AYAs) with cancer are a vulnerable and underserved population. AYAs’ cancer survivorship is complicated by physical and psychosocial late effects which requires long-term follow-up.
