Consequences of Sleep Deprivation in Adult Diabetes Mellitus Type 2 Patients: An Integrative Review

Abstract: BACKGROUND: Sleep deprivation in individuals with diabetes mellitus type 2 is more prevalent than in ordinary people. At present, the adverse effects of diabetes type 2 people with sleep disorders and sleep deprivation on blood sugar control are irrefutable.
