Conservative Treatment of Juvenile and Adolescent Idiopathic Scoliosis
Abstract:The study relies on data received during treatment of 128 children and teenagers suffering idiopathic scoliosis. The subjects' median age is 10,2±0,39 years old. In the treatment group (90 juvenile subjects), treatment of scoliosis has been carried out according to an optimized conservative integrated algorithm with reliance on bone mineral density indicators and the Cobb's angle.
