Conserved Evolution of MHC Supertypes among Japanese Frogs Suggests Selection for Bd Resistance

Abstract: The chytrid fungus Batrachochytrium dendrobatidis (Bd) is a major threat to amphibians, yet there are no reports of major disease impacts in East Asian frogs.
