Abstract:Sickle cell anemia is a genetic blood disease characterized by a mutation in the hemoglobin gene, creating an abnormal molecule of hemoglobin. This irregular form makes it difficult to pass by the blood net, resulting in a painful crisis, fatigue and appetite lack.
