Considerations on power quality measurements and measurement instrumentation

Abstract: Absfract-The tnherent differences in the accuracy of measunnglmonitoring power quality (PQ) instrumentation has led the Brazilian Transmission Independent System Operator (ONS -Brazilian ISO) ONS to conduct a comprehensive field campaign and laboratory tests.
