Construcción y validación de escala de calidad de servicios de salud en El Salvador

Abstract: El presente estudio tiene como objetivo la construcción y validación de una escala de medición de los servicios de salud en El Salvador, para ello se seleccionó una muestra no probabilística de 463 personas de ambo sexo. El tipo de estudio es instrumental con un diseño retrospectivo. La técnica de recolección de datos fue la encuesta. La media de edad total es de 35.73 años.
