Construct Validation and Test–Retest Reliability of a Mealtime Satisfaction Questionnaire for Retirement Home Residents

Abstract: Mealtime satisfaction is an important component of quality of life (QOL) in residential care, yet there currently is no self-administered tool described in the literature.
