CuS/ZnO, 9 TiO 2 / ZnO, 10 ZnO/CdS/MoS 2 , 11 Ag 2 CO 3 /ZnO, 12 ZnO/ZnS/MoS 2 , 13 N-ZnO/g-C 3 N 4 , 14 Cd 0.5 Zn 0.5 S/ZnO, 15 and other heterojunctions have been successfully constructed, which indeed show enhanced separation efficiency of electron-hole pairs and absorption of visible light. Nevertheless, due to the disordered migration of photogenerated carriers, electrons and holes still have high recombination rates within the bulk phase of the catalyst, limiting the photocatalytic efficiency.…”
