Constructing a Two-Level Topology-Aware Distributed Hash Table with a Hierarchical Network Coordinate System

Abstract: Distributed Hash Tables (DHTs) may suffer from a high lookup latency due to the issue of topology mismatching between the overlay and the physical underlying network.
