Construction and characterization of immunoliposomes targeting fibroblast growth factor receptor 3

Abstract: Fibroblast growth factor receptor 3 (FGFR3) plays an important regulatory role in tumor cell proliferation and drug resistance. FGFR3 is often constitutively active in many tumors.
