Abstract: BackgroundWith the widespread adoption of prostatic-specific antigen (PSA) screening, the detection rates of prostate cancer (PCa) have increased. Due to the low specificity and high false-positive rate of serum PSA levels, it was difficult to diagnose PCa accurately.
