Abstract:Purpose
The present study aimed to develop a lipid nanoplatform, denoted as “BAL-PTX-LN”, co-loaded with chiral baicalin derivatives (BAL) and paclitaxel (PTX) to promote the anti-lung cancer efficacy of paclitaxel and reduce the toxicity of chemotherapeutic drugs.
