Abstract:In this paper, a low-cost reverse-gliding arc three-dimensional reactor with local materials and a homemade voltage source was proposed. This system works by pumping out argon gas while mixing in atmospheric air. The spectral properties of the resulting arc were investigated, as well as the calculation of electron temperature and density.
