Abstract:This study explores the construction of an intelligent early warning and intervention system for adolescent spinal health and its application under a proactive health model. The research demonstrates that through real-time monitoring and personalized interventions, the Spinal Health Index of adolescents in the intervention group significantly improved, increasing from 65 to 85 points, while the control group's index slightly decreased from 60 to 58 points.
