E-learning platforms allow learners to use computers, mobile phones, tablets, and other handheld tools to study online. Tencent online homework platform, Wisdom Tree online learning platform and WJX questionnaire platform are widely used by Chinese teachers in recent years. But few studies integrated these e-learning platforms together to conduct spoken English blended learning. This study aims to construct a spoken English blended learning mode based on the e-learning platforms as well as research on learners' feedback. Data collected from a survey among undergraduate students were analyzed by SPSSAU system. The results of this study indicated that the majority of students hold positive attitude towards this blended learning mode. One-way anova showed no significant gender difference on its improvement of learners' English oracy. Pearson correlation analysis indicated that increasing the frequency of output training was beneficial to improve learners' oral fluency, accuracy as well as their attention and learning efficiency in class. Group work and individual presentation were conducive to enhancing learners' participation enthusiasm according to linear regression analysis, whereas they would not affect learners' oral fluency or accuracy improvement.

Incorporating technology into the education system has become essential for transforming and enhancing educational practices in contemporary times. This paper explores the connection between the integration of advanced technology in education and its potential to promote educational development and increase student engagement, particularly for second language acquisition purposes. By carrying out a biometric analysis, the study aims to accelerate the attainment of desired second languages. The research covers all relevant publications spanning from 2017 to 2021, utilizing the Vosviewer software for similarity visualization. In November 2022, an analysis of 3,603 publications recorded in the Scoops database revealed the most prominent subjects addressed by these journals. The findings indicated that technology usage has become a crucial component of contemporary life across various sectors, including education, engineering, medicine, manufacturing, and more. It has become essential. Furthermore, the research established that advancements in multimedia information technology have contributed to the enhancement of modern educational technology. Currently, technology plays a vital role within the Teaching Association of colleges and universities. This study suggests that education authorities worldwide, particularly in developing nations, should focus on expanding technology usage in teaching and offer training for teachers and students to utilize modern technological methods. This will lead to improved educational processes, higher quality of education, and accelerated learning for students.

This study seeks to present recommendations for the development of teaching Arabic to nonnative speakers to achieve the desired mastery of Arabic language skills and its sciences by using technology and its techniques. The significance of this study is that it calls for the use of technology and its techniques, and it is widely known that technology is one of the effective tools in the modern era and has become one of the major tools in modern life in several fields. Indeed, for the desire to achieve scientific pleasure associated with fulfilling hopes for the learners to master the skills of the Arabic language and its sciences, it is necessary to use technology and its techniques in order to keep pace with the spirit of the times and its positive trends. Further, the research will adopt the Descriptive and Analytical Approach to clarify the steps and procedures that we aspire to clarify and focus on. This study concluded to important results; including proving the effectiveness of the use of technology and its techniques and positives in teaching Arabic to non-native speakers, and that learners feel pleasure and interest in learning the Arabic language, and the rareness of employing modern technologies in teaching Arabic to non-native speakers. This study recommends that education officials in countries interested in teaching Arabic and other sciences should be interested in expanding the use of technology and its various means in teaching, and training teachers and learners to use modern technological machines proficiently, so that the educational process develops and learners enjoy the quality of education and the speed of mastering what is expected of them.
