Abstract: Comprehensive SummaryPhoto‐induced electron transfer (PET) of silyl enol ethers has been employed to synthesize several fused ring systems. However, the method has limited applicability due to its narrow substrate scope, low product yields, unsatisfactory stereo‐ and regioselectivity.
